1.Acceptance of Terms

If you sign up or use our services, it means you agree to our rules and privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

2.Eligibility

You can use our services if you:

• Are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country.
• Are legally allowed to make contracts.
• Are not under international sanctions or living in a restricted country (see our website for the list).
• Are not on any banned or watch lists from governments.

By using our services, you promise you meet these requirements.

3.Account Registration & User Responsibilities

When you sign up, you agree to:

• Give us correct and up-to-date information.
• Complete any identity checks we ask for.
• Keep your account details, recovery information, and devices safe and private.
• Take responsibility for everything done with your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@orzenvault.com if you think someone is using your account without permission.

4.Description of Services

OrzenVault helps you manage blockchain assets. This means we help you create wallets, keep your keys safe, sign transactions, and organize your wallet. Depending on what you choose, our services may include:

• Self-Custodial Wallets: where you retain full control and custody of your private keys.
• MPC-Based Wallets: using multi-party computation for distributed key management.
• Smart Account Wallets: leveraging programmable account abstractions on compatible blockchains.

OrzenVault does not hold your assets unless we make a separate written agreement with you.

5.Self-Custody Acknowledgment

If you use a wallet where you control the keys, please note:

• OrzenVault can’t help you recover lost keys, passwords, or account access.
• If you lose access to your wallet or recovery info, your assets could be gone forever.
• You must make backups and keep your recovery info and devices safe.

6.Blockchain & Crypto Asset Risks

You accept all risks that come with using blockchain and crypto, such as:

• Irreversibility of on-chain transactions once confirmed.
• Smart-contract bugs, exploits, and security vulnerabilities.
• Protocol forks, chain reorganizations, and network outages.
• Network congestion and gas-fee volatility.
• Significant asset price volatility and the potential for total loss of value.
• Oracle, bridge, and cross-chain protocol risks.
• Phishing, malware, social engineering, and SIM-swap attacks targeting crypto users.
• Regulatory and tax changes that may affect the access, value, or legality of crypto assets in your jurisdiction.

This is not financial or legal advice. Crypto is risky, and you could lose your money. Please research and ask an expert before making any big decisions.

7.Fees & Payments

You can see our service fees at orzenvault.com/pricing. We might change fees, but we’ll try to give you advance notice. Also:

• Any network or third-party fees are paid directly to those providers, not to OrzenVault.
• All fees are non-refundable unless we say otherwise.

8.User Obligations & Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Don’t break any laws, rules, or other people’s rights when using our services.
• Don’t help with things like money laundering, terrorism, avoiding government rules, scams, cheating the market, or other dishonest activities.
• Don’t try to mess with how our services work, like taking them apart, hacking, or changing them (unless the law says you can).
• Don’t do anything that would harm, damage, or disrupt our services or the systems they run on.
• Don’t use our services for illegal gambling, child abuse, violent groups, or human trafficking.
• Don’t use robots or software to automatically use our services in ways we don’t allow.
• Mint, transfer, or interact with digital assets that infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable sanctions regulations.

9.Intellectual Property Rights

OrzenVault keeps all rights to our software, branding, and documents. As long as you follow these Terms, you can use our services, but you can’t copy, change, or share them without our permission.

10.User Content & Feedback

You own anything you upload or submit. If you give us feedback or ideas, we can use them for free without paying you.

11.Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our services may work with other companies or apps. OrzenVault isn’t responsible for what those other companies do. If you use them, their rules apply.

12.Disclaimers

We provide our services as they are, with no guarantees. We don’t promise that everything will work perfectly or be free from errors or viruses.

13.Limitation of Liability

OrzenVault isn’t responsible for indirect or special damages, or losses in profits or digital assets, as much as the law allows. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last year or $100, whichever is more.

14.Indemnification

You agree to protect OrzenVault from any claims or damages that happen because you broke these Terms, used our services wrongly, broke the law, or submitted content that causes problems.

15.Suspension & Termination

We can stop or block your access to our services at any time, with or without warning, if:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, illegal activity, or security risk.
• Regulatory requirement or government order.
• Business necessity or discontinuation of the Services.

You can stop using our services whenever you want. Some parts of these Terms, like those about our rights and legal limits, will still apply after you leave.

16.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These rules are based on the laws where we’re located. If there’s a disagreement, we’ll try to solve it through a neutral third party in English. If your local consumer laws give you extra rights, those rules will come first.

17.Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, you must first email us at contact@orzenvault.com and try to resolve it within 30 days. If not, it will go to arbitration. You or we can still go to court for urgent matters.

18.Miscellaneous

• If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still apply.
• If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms, that doesn’t mean we can’t enforce it later.
• You can’t transfer your rights or duties under these Terms without our permission. We can transfer our rights if needed.
• These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and OrzenVault.
• OrzenVault is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can’t control, like natural disasters or network problems.
